REFUND POLICY
Most of the products OBS deals with are digital goods, which are typically downloaded or licensed. In the case of subscription base products, if customers cancel, the refund will bed calculated from the time already used time. For costume software development, the down payment made is non-refundable. If the customer is unsatisfied with the solutions, but it meets the requirements, no refund will be provided. If however, the solution does not meets the original agreed requirements, a full refund will be made.
